1. Pay in Person
Lake Pewaukee Sanitary District accepts bill payment in cash or check at TEMPORARY ADDRESS: N25 W27675 Prospect Ave, during regular business hours. 8:00AM -12:00AM or 1:00PM -3:00PM. (We do not accept credit card payments.)
2. Mail Your Payment
Make your check payable to “Lake Pewaukee Sanitary District” and mail it in the envelope included with your bill or mail to PO Box 111, Pewaukee, WI 53072 along with your payment stub.
Mailing your payment to the street address could delay your payment.
3. Automatic Payment Plan
The ACH (Direct Payment) of your quarterly bill will automatically be withdrawn from your bank account on the 20th of the month following the bill date (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, & October 1st)
If the 20th falls on a weekend, the funds will be withdrawn on the following Monday. You will still receive a quarterly bill. Above your name on the bill, it will say “Direct Pay of $XXX.xx (the balance owed on your account.)

The sewer user charge per quarter is per
Residential Unit (flat fee), billed after the use.
A late payment charge of 3% per quarter
will be added to bills not paid within 30 days of billing date
Unpaid bills on November 1st, plus a 10% fee, will be placed on your tax bill.
Cancel ACH
To cancel direct payments, please print the CANCEL ACH Payment Authorization form below, fill it out and return it to Lake Pewaukee Sanitary District by mail or in person.
